Ans – Diversity teaches us to live and adjust ourselves in a broad society. It makes us tolerant. It teaches us to respect other people belonging to different caste , creed or culture, It makes our life interesting by providing more option to choose from.

Ans – India become diverse because of the following factors :-

  1. Physical diversity – mountains , plains , deserts , plateau.

  2. Religious diversity – people follow different religions.

  3. Linguistic diversity – people speak different languages.

  4. Regional diversity – different area have different climate which influence lifestyle of people.

  5. Cultural diversity – people have different customs , traditions , festivals.

  6. Regional disparity – one region is rich in natural resources , the other region lack them.
